Shipping Information:

Orders received before 1:00 pm Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day. Deliveries are handled by one of the following shipping methods; FedEx Ground, UPS Standard, Purolator. Rates calculated here are for deliveries in Canada and USA. Customers from Alaska, Hawaii, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon are asked to contact us to have a separate freight rate quoted. Deliveries to the USA are DDU (door delivered duty unpaid). If there are any entry fees and taxes applicable for your State, these will be collected separately by the courier.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Most of our products we offer carry a 30 day conditional money-back guarantee unless otherwise specified. If you are not satisfied with any products purchased from this website, you may return it at your expense within 30 days of the purchase date by the conditions stated below. Inventory clearance or close out items do NOT have a money back guarantee, all sales are final on these items.

Product Return Policy Information:

PRODUCTS THAT ARE OPENED ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. We do accept Returns for unopened Products, which are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please be advised you are welcome to buy as many products as you wish but understand we will ONLY REFUND unopened products. We do not match any company’s guarantees and/or warranties that they advertise on Television, Radio, Magazines, Newspapers, Mailings, etc. Returns that do not include the RMA number or are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Although there may be free shipping on some orders, the actual shipping charges which have incurred will be deducted from the original purchase before refunds/credits issued. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. All returns will be assessed a service and handling return fee of $10.00 per credit issued. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. Credits are not issued until the product is received back into our shipping facility. The terms of this guarantee are subject to change with or without notice.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Please Follow These Simple Steps to Complete a Return Refund Request.

All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy Information listed at the top of the page must be followed. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.

Fraudulent Chargeback Policy:

The charge that will appear on YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT will be “Pfaff-silberblau” and/or “FoodSafetySupply.com” If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for any order that you placed and received, there will be a $75.00 research fee charged to your account upon receiving the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE - If you do not remember making the purchase - call the number on your statement next to the charge BEFORE calling your bank.

Steps to complete an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):

1. Call our Customer Service Department at 905-814-6444 ext. 225 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and mail your package(s) to the address that is on your invoice. 2. Write your reason for returning the product and the RMA number on the sales receipt you received with your order or a copy of the sales receipt. 3. The RMA number MUST be written underneath your return address at the top left of the package being returned. 4. Mail back the remaining product PROMPTLY in the products original packaging, the receipt stating the reason for the return and the Return Merchandise Number (RMA) to the address supplied to you by our customer service representative. 5. Returns that do not include the RMA number or are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the senders expense.

RMA's which are not received within 10 business days of issue are void and will NOT be honored.

Cancellation for Auto-Ship Orders:

The customer is responsible for canceling their Auto-Ship subscription. To cancel simply call our Customer Service number at 905-814-6444 ext. 225. Orders that are shipped prior to the customer notifying us are subject to the Order Cancellation Policy previously mentioned.

Fraudulent Charges - Stolen Credit Card Purchases:

We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
